Meal-sized fillets of fresh hoki are lightly smoked to provide a subtle, mellow flavour and then snap frozen to retain their freshness and distinctive taste.
Smoked Fish Fillets can be served as a main course with white or cheese sauce, baked potatoes and vegetables, or with a freshly tossed salad. Use the cooked, flaked fish fillets to add flavour to fish pies or macaroni cheese.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Use straight from the freezer - BEST NOT THAWED.
Steam: 14 minutes in a covered steamer.
Oven Bake : 35 minutes at 200°C in a covered dish.
Microwave: Place in a covered dish or bag. Microwave on high power. Cooking times are:
3 minutes (100gm),
51/2 minutes (200gm),
61/2 minutes (300gm),
8 minutes (400gm).
Weights and times are approximate (650 watt oven - 1 x 100g fillet).
