This range is made from a special sliced and seasoned mushroom mix contained in a bite-sized crumb coating.
Deep-fried, oven baked or grilled from frozen and delivered to the plate in minutes.
Perfect as a quick snack, entrée, main meal or side dish.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Use straight from the freezer - DO NOT THAW.
Shallow Fry: Preheat to a medium heat enough oil to lightly cover the base of a pan. Fry for 7 minutes until golden brown.
Deep Fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 180°C. Fry for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.

Oven Bake: Preheat the oven and dish or tray to 230°C. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Turn occasionally.

Grill: Preheat the grill and rack. Grill on high for 7 minutes each side until golden brown. Turn regularly.
